What is the process for hiring equipment?

Self collection & return:

Hiring party equipment through PartyFix is very easy: simply browse through our products, select the dates for your hire and add the item(s) to the basket.  Checkout can then be made online.

On collection from the warehouse, we will ask the hirer to present a form of ID (such as a Driver's License) and to sign a hire agreement accepting the PartyFix Terms and Conditions (See Terms & Conditions).

For delivery to your venue:

In the 'Contact Us' section of this site, please message us with your requirements and dates, including an address for delivering and collecting the equipment. Our team will send a quote to you by email.

If you choose to accept the quote, we will require full payment by debit/credit card (excluding Diners and American Express) including a refundable security deposit as agreed at the time of booking. We do not accept any other method of payment.

All equipment will need to be available for collection at the time agreed during the booking.

Does PartyFix offer a delivery & collection service?

You can either collect the equipment from us directly, or if you prefer we can organise delivery and collection for you at an additional charge. Please note that these charges are calculated according to distance from our warehouse.

What areas do you cover?

We deliver nationwide via courier and also operate our own delivery service across Surrey and Hampshire.

What happens if I have a technical problem?

We provide a step-by-step manual for every product we hire out, as well as support by phone and email. Please do get in touch if you have any questions and a member of our team will help you.

Are you insured?

We carry full liability insurance up to £10m.

Is your equipment safe?

All our equipment is carefully maintained and regularly PAT tested. All products are checked before and after hire.
